This place is terrible! I made an appt to talk about birth control and was very disappointed. I waited a really long time, and when I finally saw the doctor it lasted two minutes. She didn't tell me any options or risks and I had to ask her questions as she was trying to walk out the door. I knew nothing about the birth control that the doctor prescribed me! Then, I found out at the pharmacy that my insurance didn't cover the prescription. I called the doctor back and asked to speak with her specifically so we could discuss possible potential birth controls and the lady at the front desk informed me that the doctor would call me back. I specifically asked for the doctor to call me back and not to call in a new prescription. But guess what happened!! She called in a new prescription, on a Friday, after the office had closed. And guess what -- my insurance didn't cover it. So... I had to wait until Monday to call and do what I wanted to do in the first place, discuss birth controls covered by my insurance WITH THE DOCTOR. Anyways, never got through and now I have a prescription from the doctor that results in blood clots in the lungs. Great. Thanks for nothing doctor. Terrible terrible patient relations. I will NEVER go here again.
