This is my third year with the Winkler Org, my experience has been great. I went with them my first year because most of their properties were close to campus, but I stayed with them because of the service I have gotten these past three years. My only frustration was an old leasing agent they used to have there, but they have a new girl in there that's awesome. She always gets back to me within one or two days. They also keep the parking lots really clear during winter time and that's huge for me. Take it from me- Winkler is the way to go as far as land lords go...
