The worst customer service ever, I don't know how they survive, they treat me like ""I don't need your money, get out here"". I wait for Jimmy to call me in 5 days to replace my phone, because they sold me a phone with back ground noise, I had to come down, the representative was having a conversation with some one whose told us she is a teacher and trying to control my 3 years old boy but, It seamed like she wanted to teach the salesman how to make a sex. After weighing for 1 hour, the guy sad, ""I don't have your telephone brand neither different one"", than I came to Metro PCS at Washington st in Norwood, MA., the guy was very well professional, he knows the policy of the business like anyone else, don't go to Dedham, MA MetroPCS help us improve business in this country.
