Okay, so I've read some disparaging reviews here and have to scratch my head. My wife and I have used Randall on several occasions and have ALWAYS had a perfect experience with him and his crews.
He's gotten us hail damage money when no one else could find any, which, by the way, saved us lots of $$$. The last roof he did for us was a miraculous effort on his part and the part of his crew. It had been raining every day for weeks and we needed to get the roof done in order to close on our house sale. Somehow he found a window of sunshine...all in one day...and somehow got the entire roof done. He even had to bring the roof up to code, which is why we needed a new one in the first place. That meant ripping out the old decking, etc and replacing that before getting to the rest of the job. We were truly amazed...as always
Randall Crow has always come through for us. On time and within budget...and has never been called back for poor craftsmanship.
We give him the highest rating because in our experience he's always done a perfect job and will always get refs from us.
