I did not want to publicly dis Mr. Crow, but it really bothers me to see him completely deny the other bad review on here when I had the exact same experience with him. I owe him no money. And I have never had contact with him outside of a professional capacity.
My initial experience with Mr. Crow was so positive that I recommended him widely to friends. When there was insurance money at stake, he was very responsive. He worked with my insurance company to get an appropriate settlement. His crew worked hard and quickly to get my roof on. They seemed to do a good job. I was very, very pleased.
But then, I got leaks in my flat roof. After a lot of calling and several committed appointments were he was a no-show, he finally sent his crew out to reseal it. But they didn't fix the leaks. I had water pouring into my house by the bucketload. My entire ceiling had to be replaced.
I contacted Randall Crow multiple times over two months, by phone, email and letter to try to get him to fix the leaks and the further damage to my ceiling -- and I got absolutely no response.
I had a friend who was a contractor come back and reseal it, successfully, but at my cost.
Now, a short four years after the roof was initially put on, it looks like we will have to completely replace the entire flat roof. It wasn't set or sealed properly in the first place and the fixes haven't held. I'm starting to get water damage again.
I understand that mistakes happen. But there was no work to rectify mine, and I would strongly recommend against using Randall Crow Roofing as a result.
