Oh, where to begin?\r

Meat! This is the place. Noplace else in the Tri-State area has what these butchers are selling. And as for the idiot who does not like the aroma of dry-aged beef, I recommend you stick to Food Emporium, where the meat generally smells like a supermarket. Ummm, appetizing, no?\r

And it has the exotic stuff, too. Want to serve veal sweetbreads to a dinner party? O's has it. Want to try searing a grade B foie gras? (Bloodier and meatier than the hyperfat Grade A) They've got that, too, for about half the price of a Grade A. And even a grade A here is half the price you'll pay at the Other Place on Prince Street.\r

And the no-nonsense attitude here reminds me of the waiters at Peter Luger. These guys know what they are doing and don't you forget it!!
Pros: Easy to get to.
Cons: You have to eat your veggies sometime.
