Review content:
I have gone to this place twice on a recommendation from a friend. The first experience was okay. I got my hair cut and then got double stranded twists. But for $82.00 I thought it was a bit pricy and didn't know if I could afford to go back after that. I mean the twists were nicely styled, but the price was ridiculous. The second time I went I just wanted to get my hair dyed. When I got there they told me it would be $40.00 for a wash and a dye. Very different from the $20 estimate they gave me on the phone. Well they failed to tell me that they charge you extra for the wash and extra for this special kind of steamer thing that is supposed to be better than the dryer. So I agreed to the $5.00 extra charge for that! Oh yea and if you want to know how much your hair is going to be before you get there, good luck because you will be told that it just depends and that you have to come in for a consultation before you are given a price. \r

But the worst part of the experience was my hairdresser burnt me in the process of dying my hair. Yes that's right, burnt me! My ears had scars, the back of my neck had scars, and my eyebrows even had scars b/c I had those dyed those too. Me being the nieve person that I am, I thought that the scars would go away and that it was normal for this to happen. Well after about 9 days I realized that the scars were permanent and called back to express my complaint. The manager had me talk to the lady who did my hair and she claimed that it was the girl who washed my hair's fault. She said she ""WASHED"" it wrong or something. Totally taking the blame off of her, and said that the manager would give me a call the next day. \r
Needless to say I never received a phone call. So if you are looking for an affordable place that does not jack up the price for mediocre service, then this is not the place for you.
Pros: Good atmosphere, great scenery, some versatility in hair styles
Cons: Very PRICY, bad customer service (from my experience), no set prices on styles-->up to stylist
