These days, it seems, finding a craftsman who lives up to his own descriptions of his work and the praise of others is daunting.
Let me say right away that Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning meets and exceeds its web and print promotional materials and absolutely blew me away with their exceptional service that went above and beyond.
They estimated the costs first on the phone, then in person and they adhered to the estimates. No hidden surprises. Their charges were reasonable -- remarkable, really, when I saw how they'd turned drab and dingy into "like new."
They were on time, if not early, to every appointment; they offered advice and counsel about repairs one of the rugs needed and impressed me more than they knew with a detail so seemingly small as numbering a newly cut pad to its unique rug tag.
On the phone, online, in person on several occasions, the folks at Heirloom never ever failed to have a smile in their voice or on their face.
I just can't say enough good things...but the best one of all is that I'm satisfied far beyond my expectations.
