When I first moved here I found out that they dont want to fix anything but I stayed because the lady in the office was nice and would try her best to get stuff fixed for you they used to have a lawn company trim trees and do yard work and in a years time it has gotten so much worse. They fired the office lady who was the only one who got things done for the residents then they dont have the lawn company anymore so the weeds on the patio were as tall as the privacy fence. Call for anything to get fixed and your told its not a emergency and they dont have the parts or the money to fix it. So its awful dont live here when Lease is up I will be moving and dont recommend it to anyone!! we pay extra for neighbor hood watch and our truck got broke into! Waste of money and high rent not worth all the trouble! I cant get anything fixed and pay high rent my husband has to fix stuff its absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
