Review content:
This company called my 80 year old Mom on the phone and talked her into an expensive ($475.00) and unnecessary duct cleaning service. Then they told her she would not be able to sell her house unless she installed an expensive chimney topper for $445.00. My Mom has no plans to sell her house and this tactic just preys on the elderly. When I called to discuss the issue the owner Jody Cooper would not let me talk. She just continuously ran her mouth and threatened to have my 80 year old Mom arrested if she did not pay!!! This company was not customer friendly and does not listen to customer's complaints. They even talked my Mom into paying up front the entire cost of the Chimney topper before it was ordered an installed. Ms. Cooper just kept blaming my Mom and bragging about how great she thinks their company is. I realize times are tough for small business but taking advantage of the elderly is pathetic. BEWARE of this company's telemarketing calls and unprofessional demeanor!!
