Review content:
I would never shop at Grand Appliance again. I bought several items there including a stovetop, garbage disposal, washing machine and dryer. I thought I was getting a good deal and felt really good about using a local Chicago business. Unfortunately my washing machine arrived broken from Grand Appliance and stopped working several weeks later. I reached out to Grand Appliance hoping they would help expedite the process of getting my broken, brand new washing machine either fixed or replaced. They did nothing. They were the opposite of helpful. They didn't even have the decency to take responsibility for delivering a broken machine. When I called Grand Appliance Customer Service in Zion, the manager all but hung up on me and said ""I have nothing to discuss with you. It's not our problem. We're done!"" You will get better customer service from Best Buy, SEARS, and/or Menards. Don't waste your time and money on Grand Appliance. They want your money and nothing else. Pros: Thought I was getting a good deal/Using a local Business Cons: Horrible Customer Service!
