User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars \r by qzen 08/12/2010 \r Aug. 10, driving home from the hospital where I work as a nurse, one of this company's trucks began swerving to the right and almost hit me. I swerved to get out of it's way. When the driver straightened up, something flew off the truck (a large piece of rock or concrete?) and destroyed my windshield, scaring me, again almost causing a wreck on 412 between Tulsa and Sand Springs. \r I followed the truck (still swerving) to a gas station where it stopped. I showed the driver (his shirt said, Mule) my windshield. He denied everything but told me to call the companies phone number, 918-812-3042 and talk to them about it.\r Today, I did so, not knowing if they would replace my windshield or not, but at least wanted them to be aware of the drivers' swerving. I will replace my shattered windshield, just wanted them to be aware of it.\r I explained to the man answering the phone and he began yelling at me, saying I just wanted a new windshield and too bad, so does everyone?!? He asked if I even knew what truck it was and I said the driver's name was Mule. He then hung up on me and when I tried calling back, just got an answering machine with no return phone calls after leaving my name and phone number again.\r If this is how this company treats the public, yelling at someone then hanging up which I was trying to be very polite, then I would be wary of their business practices in general. What's sad is I could use some of their landscaping service and would have spent much more money on their landscaping if I had been treated nicely. Being a nurse over 30 years, I try to live by the Golden Rule. The way the owner (?) treated me on the phone was sad.\r
