This business embodies in my personal opinion what it means to own a business in American terms, to not worry with the details and treat your customer as though he was your soul source of income which in fact i think is what gets over looked by big cooperate bike shops and dealers in the surrounding area. the personnel and store owner are friendly and helpful and while the younger mechanics may be a lil short on tact they are never the less dedicated and experienced, often doing a favor such as changing a tire or tube, or tweaking your shifters and chain quickly and efficiently when one is in a pinch and needs a hand to get to a ride on time. the employees are also all experienced cyclists and will give you plenty of friendly tips and invite you to the Greensboro Velo Club (in which they participate) among other organizations and rides helping you make connections with the biking community no matter what type of riding you are into be it casual road and trail or hard paced competition biking in either. if you want a shop which has a nice family run feel to it with friendly honest people definitely go here and don't be afraid to ask questions. you'll not encounter high end salesmen or opinionated athletic specialists here. :)
