I met Alex in my lobby building, who was waiting for an appointment with another client. At the time, I was looking to rent out my West Village apartment and had no clue as to what prices to charge and how to make the apartment appealing for any possible renters. While I had boxes everywhere for moving, Alex saw the potential and directed me on what changes needed to be made in maximizing the rentability of the apartment. I was also concerned that a new renter would trash the place.
Alex took care of everything!!! He went above and beyond expectations of a real estate agent. Not only did he help me with the interior design, but also could give me a perspective on what would make my apartment rent faster and to reliable people. While I've been traveling around the globe, not once have I had to worry about my apartment being vacant. He took care of the showings, contracts, and cleaning services, and he even deposited my first check since I wasn't there! His relaxed but professional demeanor and the ability to assess the market conditions is what puts him ahead of the curve.
I own my apartment in NYC and if I ever intend to sell it, I couldn't see myself using anyone else. Trustworthy, reliable, and a great agent!
