After 5 years on the UES, I'm making the move down to the Financial District.
Ivana was so helpful in knowing the ins and outs of each building down there - from their management teams to their strengths and shortcomings. Without her help and honesty, we would've been at the mercy of craigslist embellishments. Eek!
While it would be nice to avoid using a broker, as most try to do, Ivana's service reminded me that it is sometimes necessary when you want to find THE right place for the right price. Because she had her fingers on the pulse of new availabilities, we were able to be the first app down on a Studio w/HO steal!
