I am yet another happy renter who had to come online to write up a great review for broker Tony Messina.
The second my roommates and I walked into his office in the Financial District - we knew we'd be walking away that day having finally found a place. We had been searching for over a month until we came down to New York Living Solutions - Tony presented us a bunch of options and worked really hard to find the right fit for us. He worked even harder to make sure we got a great deal and got through all of our paper work. He even took his own personal time to help us design a lay out for the apartment - going above and beyond what a normal broker, or other brokers we've worked with in the past have done for us.
As a broker, Tony is direct, honest, helpful, supportive, and will fight for you to find the right place and the best deal. He instantly found us exactly what we were looking for, with an apartment and a price that blew us away.
