Review content:
We actually had originally called One Hour to get our heater serviced, and we found out that it was kaput. The gentleman who came out, Benny, was really nice. He really took a lot of time to explain what was wrong, and what the problem was. He told us what it all meant, and what options there were for repairs and upgrades.
Benny wasn't quick, and he wasn't pushy, he just told us what we can do, what an upgrade would be, and the things that he would recommend. He wasn't a hard sell, and it was very easy to work with him. The two guys who came out to do the heating and air installation were great. We actually had Benny come back out to repair all our systems after that.
