Review content:
I was replacing my Central Air conditioner and heat pump with a new AC unit and gas heat. First contact provided detailed estimate, specified approach, and provided options and appropriate follow up. I chose one hour heating and air because the company provided a competitive price, but mostly the integrity of the estimator and the passion he had describing the company training and culture.
The installation reinforced the company culture. The technicians were on time and explained the plan for the installation. The job was more difficult than anticipated. Although the technicians were there for longer than expected and required to return, they would not leave until the AC was operational. They seemed more concerned with my needs overnight than leaving after more than 10 hours. They made sure that AC had a temporary setup, which took time - but their only focus was my comfort overnight. After spending extra time to get the AC operational, the technicians would not leave before cleaning up. I have never had anyone providing service to my home that seemed more concerned with my needs than their own. The technicians never stopped, just simply resolved every obstacle with no complaints. I signed up for a 10 year service contract, and after the installation I know that I made an outstanding decision to go with One Hour Heating and AC.
