Review content:
I had my hair highlighted and cut by a stylist at Urban Nirvana Hair and it has been the worse color and cut I have ever had in all my 20 yrs of hair services. I am not sure if the girl was straight out of school but my hair says she was. I called to let manager know I was unhappy and she stated that she could put me with someone else. I agreed and came in a few days later the other girl then proceeded to darker hair color in my hair and it then grabbed a blue/green color. I was so embarrased I left sobbing. I don't know how this salon charges the prices that they do and get away with it. Shame on me!
