I grew up in Church Hill when Buzzy's was Ubanks Grocery. I now live in Chesterfield and frequent Buzzy's whenever I am in the area.\r
My cousin lives in Minnesota and when she is in town we do a walking tour of the Hill and always stop at Captain Buzzy's.\r
Normally it is the best ever and I like it better than Starbucks and love the atmosphere. The coffee is to die for.\r
In March my cousin was in town on business and we went to Capt. Buzzy's , the girl who waited on us told me she did not know how to make any of the specialty coffees on the menu, I thought she was joking.\r
She wasn't and we left and returned a day or so later and she repeated her story.\r

Needless to say i have not been back since. I am not saying I will never return but it surely upset both of us.
