they scratched my brand new custom wheel and then decided it would be a good idea to lie to me and say it was already there. after lots of arguing they offered to pay for half the wheel. no way, i didn't scratch it. after some more arguing they agreed to replace the wheel. unprofessional, inexperienced and worst of all they have no problem lying to customers, AVOID Tire Pros.

It was disturbing to read your review. I was informed of the incident immediately by our store manager in the Smithfield location. We appreciate very much you, as a professional technician, employed by a competitor,having the confidence in us to mount your wheel & tire. Im sorry you feel we " dropped the ball. As you noted in your review, we" damaged your property", or in this case scratched a wheel on your vehicle, and I certainly apologize. The gentleman who mounted it has been with us over twenty years, & we utilize the finest Hunter Engineering tire mounting & balancing equiptment available. But we obviously did scratch your wheel, and did replace it at NO cost to you. Once again, i'm sorry for the inconvenience the scratched wheel has caused you, and we do appreciate your business.
