I do not generally write reviews especially if you have to create a profile to do so, but I had to in this case for Del Locke Plumbing. One of our office toilets began leaking rendering us a one toilet company. After turning off the water supply, I found Del Locke Plumbing online and gave them a call. The dispatcher took my information and told me someone would call me soon. Karl called me back within 5 minutes and told me he could be at our office within the hour. Karl arrived within 40 minutes and the toilet was fixed within 10 minutes. Del Locke Plumbing was courteous, professional, and incredibly responsive to our emergency. I can honestly say I am looking forward to our next plumbing issue because I know exactly who I will call!!!
Pros: The 4 Ps: Great Plumbers, Prompt, Polite, and Professional!
Cons: It's too bad all plumbing companies can't be like these guys
