Review content:
I've never had a business owner tell me he didn't need me as a customer until I talked to Mr. Thompson. I spoke with him concerning a repair I needed on my alarm system and during the course of asking questions about billing and work performed, he launched into a screaming tirade. Cussing, insulting, arrogant and rude. This poor man has some issues. Very disturbing experience. Scared me to think he had my address.
