Review content:
This small, friendly, family-owned company has been a godsend to our family. When we moved over to the east coast of FL for a year, we still brought our computers over to John and Chuck at Guthrie's.
I have called and asked them questions a zillion times, and not once have they made me feel like I was bothering them. They are more like family than just a computer repair company. They show the customers that they truly matter. Some shops talk the talk, but in my experience no one walks the walk quite like Guthrie's.
Pros: Customer Service, Dependability, Skill, Honesty, Price, etc.
Cons: I haven't experienced any, even after 7 or so years.
