I have been to JBU about 10 or 11 times so far, and each time, I've had a great experience.
Each time, I have gone to Cathy for my haircuts, and each time, she has yet to amaze me in the quality of her work. I highly recommend her.
The environment as soon as I walked in was was a breath of fresh air from the other salons that I had entered. They offer you a drink: from Coffee's to Tea's to Water. The scenery inside is just splendid; the lighting and atmosphere is just serene. You'll have to go there to believe me, and trust me, its entirely worth it.
The only con to the place is the amount of parking they have at times. But they do offer extra parking, which is only about 25 feet away. haha.
Overall, if I could grade it, I would give it a 9.5/10
