I will never take my dog there again, dog owners beware!!! I was greeted by a very rude man who hastily took my dog to the back of his establishment came back to make me sign a paper, basically stating, if something happened to my dog taj ma paw was not liable. In the lobby there is a monitor, when I asked if where he took my dog he told me, look she is right there, pointing to a blurry image of a dog with a long tail. I told him that was funny that her tail grew from being bobbed. Then he told me she was behind the shed, pointing to another blurred image that was hard to make out. After leaving I had a bad feeling that I should have asked to see the kennel they were keeping my dog. When I came to pick her up, she was extremely dirty with thick black sooty dusty dirt. She had just been groomed before leaving her there and had to take her to be bathed since this soot was deep in her coat. She drake water and ate like she hadn’t had anything since I left her. My husband, after meeting the owner for the first time, stated he could tell that obviously this man did not like dogs and had no customer service skills. She was so happy to see us and was even trying to jump over the half or dutch door to get out of there before he could open it. We recently moved to Roanoke and were hoping we could find a good kennel that we can trust to leave our dog, guess we have to keep looking.
Cons: Owner rude, our dog was not cared for.
