The cutest little Salon and Spa PV has! it truely is a gem that needs to shine a bit more. My amazing experience started when i called to book my appointment. The sweet receptionist gave her undivided attention to me and booked me with someone who matched my personality the best! I have never had this kind of service from a front desk girl. When i showed up for the service, I was greeted at the front desk by 2 cute girls who were very well put together, and offered a drink, WOW! What a major WOW factor. I waited for the woman to take me down to the Spa to get my facial and she was GORGEOUS AND SWEET!!! Took me down, made me feel so comfortable, called me by name the entire time, and really took care of me. When i left i was checked out with the same undivided attention, asked if i needed to book another one, and they too called me by my first name as i left. It may need to have a little makeover decor wise...but do not make over your staff! they are truely amazing!
