iook my son's laptop there for a virus removal and though they did that...I found their entire attitude to be very rigid and smuf...I live far away and had ideas about using a small biz to get the job done. They charged us $162,50 for a service others charge half for. I was unemployed and asked for a little slack on the pick-up policy and was told that they would charge me for storage..We haven't been able to use computer for online since (8 months) as they never explained that the age and capavity needed an update. Basically, I made three round trips from sharton CT down there to pay for the initial repair, found them closed early one day, another they told me they don't take checks (I had a company check.) So, they wasted my time and gas, and made me feel I would have to get around to recommending another service...Route 22 Computer,,,reasonable, and nice and take repsonsibility.
