Review content:
A to Z ways to rip you off is what this place should be called. I had a yellow lab that became sick so we took her into our family vet. Our vet told us that she had cancer and needed to be put down, this was devasting news , so naturally we wanted a second opinion. I called A to Z and explained to them what our family vet told us and requested a second opinion. After a few minutes of checking the dog the vet at A to Z determind that she had a stomach infection and said it could easily be curred. This was on a Thursday and the vet suggested we leave the dog there so they could start an simple I.V. and said she would be ready to go home the next day. They requested a 150.00 deposit and said that the 150.00 would probally be more than enough. The next morning I contacted A to Z and they said Sheanna (my Lab) was doing great and that I could pixk her up at the end of the day. Great good news so I thought. When I showed up at 5 oclock to pick her up I was informed that Sheanna had died. A to Z could offer no information why she died. But did present me with a final 750.00 bill for a parting gift. Once again A to Z could not justify this bill but insisted that I did owe it and did not evan offer an apoligy for the death of my Sheanna. I suggest to any one whom uses A to Z to get every thing in writing before doing business with this outfit.
