Review content:
Front staff requires you to pay up front before they will file with insurance. They also charge above the negotiated contract prices with insurance companies. This practice requires parents to remain in the lobby & they will not let you consult with the dentist when you have questions (front staff said she is too busy). It is hard to book appts because they do not offer convenient hours for children in school. I'm sure Dr. Taylor is fine dentist & but I wish she knew how unprofessional her office staff treats clients.
