Review content:
I took my mom car to get washed and only to get scrathes on the hood of her car. I talk to the manager and I showed him what had happened. He told me that out of 100 cars that go through the wash why my car? What kind of question was that! I told him when I drop the car off those scrathes were not there and something needs to be done. He told me that the equipment that they have will not do that and the the clothes that they use are car safe. I pointed out to him that the clothes that they use to dry the cars the workers put on the ground. I was in shock to hear him tell me that he cant do NOTHING for me. I was so upset and disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for the last few years,but after today that has changed. I do not reccommend this car was to anyone. I wanted to take my mom car to get washed to surprise her, but to only bring it with scrathes. Later that evening I went to get a refund and now the supervisor refused to pay me back.This was the worst car wash experience ever!!!!!!
