The best way I can describe my insides is ""jacked up"". I knew I needed to something right away and one night it struck me...I needed to have a colonic.
The procedure was intense, to say the least...not because of the machine or because of Nina- but because my stuff was all jacked up which is the reason I went. Overall the experience was great, she gave me some nutritional advice (stay away from the SUGAR) and I'm going back in two weeks...
