I would never do business with Vanessa Rodas or anyone within this organization. They were so helpful when we were looking for a home but once we found one and needed to close in 30 days they failed. I would send docs and 2 weeks later she would tell me there was a problem with the docs I sent. She was super unorganized and lied many times that everything was fine only to come back and say opps its not... She said everything was good for closing then the Saturday before the Monday that docs were to be sent to title she said there were many problems and contracts she didn’t have. Lack of communication from her to who even reviews the paperwork supposedly someone else in the office! We were supposed to close May 15th and it is now June 1st and we are still waiting for her to finish the paper work to send to title…\r
