This building is one of the best managed places I’ve ever lived! Running it and being in the center of it all must be a tough and (I’d imagine) often thankless job. You don’t hear it enough, but thank you for everything that you do for me, and all of your tenants.\r

I mean every word and I've heard others say the same things about you as well. Sadly, people are more likely to be vocal about negatives but not positives. I hope you know that your work is greatly appreciated! Again, thank you so much for everything. \r
