Review content:
In November of 2009 we purchased a driveway from a franchisee for Driveway Impressions. Within 3 months the driveway began to crack and chip. We contacted the franchisee several times via email and phone calls over the course of 1.5 years and he never followed up. We contacted the franchisor in Reston Virginia (Todd Albin) and he indicates that as the franchisor they have no obligation to honor the warranty. We paid $30,000 for a driveway that is cracked, chipped and sunken in several spots and no one wants to take ownership for it. Although Todd Albin did not personally lay the driveway, he advertises all over the East Cost and yet does not take ownership for any of the franchisee and their unethical business practices. Buyers should be aware of this that although they are a large franchise they do not honor the individual warranties given to the consumers by the franchisee. The franchisee we did business with has now declared bankruptcy and we will have to pay to have another driveway laid.
