This Company says they have a 3 day same as cash 30 day warranty and then what ever the manufacture has I had a problem with my mobo returned it for exchange they told me they dont have the same product in and that they have to RMA it with the company and if the company refuse the RMA then I will have to EAT the 140 dollars i spent on the MOBO even tho i have a 30 day warranty through them. They told me if the company refuse's the rma that they would get me the board back then I could deal with the company and they would work something out with me. meaning have me spend more money on the same product. They never have anything instock call for one part nope not in stock ask about another nope. there happy to take the your money but wont work with you to test your computer real quick. I called them they tested my stuff for free and told me what the problem was. I went back to Pc outlet and asked them if they could exchange my mobo for a different mobo that was not the one I wanted but would work for my system. they told me no we have to RMA it. I understand that they have protocalls to follow but, to come out and say if the company doesnt RMA it then thee nothing we can do. I asked for my money back they said no asked for exchange no they said if the company RMA's it you can wait for the MOBO to come back instock or we can give you instore credit.\r

Like I siad DONT BUY FROM use GPC NEWEGG or TIGGERDIRECT. these people at Pc Outlet do try and sell you stuff you dont need. they act all nice but when it comes down to it its the customers fault for anytrouble and will not work with you unless you PAY. GPC will work with you and have anything you need instock unlike Pc Outlet. DONT BUY FROM!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: NONE HARD TO GET ANYTHING FROM NEVER HAVE PRODUCT INSTOCK
Cons: THEY PRESSURE YOU TO BUY THINGS YOU DONT NEED AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU TO FIX A PROBLEM UNLESS YOU SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS IN WARRENTY THROUGH THEM
