If you're someone looking for a review in brief, let me get to the point: I trust these guys with my life. They are thoughtful about their automotive diagnoses, fully trustworthy, and just plain friendly and easy to deal with. I've been bringing my cars to them since moving to Denver in '01 and have had NOTHING but stellar service, fair pricing and good advice. These guys remember you, too (and your car), which I feel is important. Joe and Jeff who work the front desk remember your name after not seeing you for months between oil changes--that kind of thing makes a difference to me having grown up in a small town where folks know and use your name. They've been great about peripheral services, too, like doing once-overs on vehicles that I, my spouse or our friends are considering buying, giving us the ""real deal"" about what we might expect in terms of what needs to be done now, what we can hold off on for a while (they practice this business method with your current vehicle too), and have no qualms about saying, ""Don't buy it--this thing's a lemon and here's why"" --priceless advice. I've been very lucky in that I typically have a designated person (Mike--fantastic technician) who works on my 4Runner when available so I and they have a comprehensive and more personal history of what 's been completed/replaced/etc--especially important as the mileage is starting to creep up there. No guarantees that they could have a designate for your vehicle, too, as it's certainly based on availability, but it just further illustrates their dedication to providing the best service possible. Even though I moved to Golden in the spring and it's now a bit more of a commute to get to them, there was never a question in my mind that it's worth the drive to continue to receive this high level of care. I actually look forward to my visits there to check in and see how everyone's doing--how rare is that? I would, do and have HIGHLY recommended Comprehensive Car Care to family, friends, co-workers and complete strangers, and will continue to do so. Do yourself a favor and visit them when the need arises because having a sick car stinks--and you don't want to have to mess around. At least these guys can help make a bad situation into a more manageable and straight-forward experience.
