I had Plum install two new front windows in my home last spring /early summer. I waited to write this letter of recommendation as i wanted to make sure the promises were true. Since the installation, I have noticed a major drop in my utility bills as the air conditioner and the furnace have not had to run as long as they used to. MY original windows were single pane in aluminum frames that leaked cold air constantly in the winter and allowed dust in year-round. The seal provided by the windows as demonstrated by the salesman was one of the major reasons i selected these windows. The second reason was the safety factor. My home had been broken into twice and the original windows would do nothing to prevent another break-in. the secure latches and dual panes are excellent deterrents to anyone who is looking for an easy way in. My orginial concern of how the white framing would look on my house was unfounded as they add a touch of class. I am glad I responed to the door flyer hung on my front door .
