I recently had our 2008 Jetta serviced to replace a recalled part at Dick Hanna VW. In addition, there was a bulb out in one of the tail lights. I was prepared to pay for the bulb replacement, but was told upon checking in with Josh that all bulbs were covered under warranty and there would be no charge for that repair, as well. The service took as long as was estimated, and when I returned to pick up the car, it had been washed, vacuumed, and the windshield was rain-x'd--even for a no-charge recall/warranty covered service visit. Excellent service every time.
