I purchased a used KIA Rondo from Honda dealer at the Vancouver Auto Mall. When the weather warmed up in Eastern Washington I discovered that the A/C did not work. Long story short, Jane and Devin were very nice to deal with. They went out of their way to expedite our service, since we made the 4.5 hour drive from Eastern Washington. We really felt that they both put out extra effort to make sure things were taken care of properly. It really made a difference to my wife and I. We sincerely appreciate all they did to resolve our service issues. Thank you very Much.
