Has a great on-line scheduling tool that allowed me to schedule my appointement right from my iPhone, the dealership then followed up with a phone call letting me know how long the service would take. At the dealership I asked about a warning light that had come on and they quickly looked up the codes and quoted me a price to have the work completed next time I am in. Scheduled work was completed sooner than they promissed!! I will also be taking my other Honda to this Acura dealership for maintenance work in the future!!
