Review content:
I have lived here for 2 years and have been a loyal resident. This past summer from May 2010 - August 2010, I had terrible issue with the fire panel going off beside my bed room. It sounded like an alarm clock all day and all night. I literally dragged my mattress to the living room to be able to sleep. I complained repeatedly to everyone in the office (leasing agents, maint. men, property manager and lastly the corporate office) and not once did anyone say ""I'm sorry"" all they would ever say was they are working on it. To add to it the building lights were out during this time period. I did not feel safe coming home at night and I have no idea how the residents that had to climb the stairs could see to walk. Serious safety issue. What's more scary is I do not believe the fire alarms and smoke detectors were working this whole time.(I know this becasue I have a seperate issue of a smoke detecter placed too close to the kitchen so it goes off every time I cook, it just recently started gong off again) Come to find out it was a wiring issue. However they never volunteered this information or updated the building as to what the issue was or when it would be resolved. I only found this out by constantly complaining and asking repeatedly. Once the issue was resolved at the beginning of September I asked for a credit to accomodate 3 months of sleepless nights and security issues. I was proptly denied. There is a serious lack of concern for the customer here.\r \r
