I had initially made phone contact with the store and Frank was super helpful on the phone which made my decision to go to him instead of some of the other places I called who made me feel like they didn't even want to speak to me. I had a modest sized collection only worth a few thousand dollars but wanted to get treated fairly. I was impress from the moment I went thru the doors of this store. A large clean evironment with smiles and hello's greeting my wife and I. We sat down, they explained the process, helped us understand why things are valued the way they are and by the time Sandy had written the check to us, there was never a doubt we did well and we were pleased and felt very comfortable about our transaction.
Pros: Helpful and kind
Cons: absolutely none!
