I see all these horrible ratings, so, I needed to add my experience. I live in a major condo in Bloomington that Paradise manages. They have always been prompt in answering our calls when something has needed to be done. Since we a re a big account for them, maybe we're lucky, who knows. Anyways, I give them a thumbs up. I've lived here for 4.5 years.
