I purchased 2 vanities and 2 medicine cabinets fro Lowes which were products of RSI. As time went by, the hinges on the mirrored doors failed and the doors started falling off. In 2010 I called the cpmpany and they knew od the defective hinges and sent me a repair kit. All is weel until the other cabinet did the same thing. I called the company again in California and then the trouble started. They told me, sure we will send you a repair kit, well guess what, after a month I called to see where the hell was my shipment was and I was told that my order was canceled, by whom I asked and they didn't know and was told it was there plant in North Carolina that was responsible. I aske for the phone number of this Carolina office and was told, can't give you that. Well I went online and found the number to this office. Long story short, I spoke with Cathy. and she was highly pissed and said she would get to the bottom of the problem, I had the repair kit the very next morning, thank you Cathy, you are a true professional.
