Following hospital discharge associated with a MS relapse, my daughter saw Dr. Lin for a follow up visit since her regular neurologist was out of the area . He was rude and inappropriate, demanding that my daughter provide more information before he could help her....stated that he did not know anything about her medical condition and she could seek care elsewhere if she could not provide enough medical history in order for him to care for her. His insensitive demeanor reduced my daughter to tears as well as myself....and I was on speaker phone in another state. I am a nurse of over 35 years and never have had a physician talk to a patient in such a harsh manner. Dr. Lin needs to stay in the lab....perhaps he has worked with rats far too long.\r
