Review content:
i signed up with Cox in 2007 in order to give my money to small business--big mistake! Their service is undependable--sometimes they don't even show up! They destroyed my personal trash can along with THEIR own can they had provided! Once I even caught the trash collector opening my trash bags and going through my trash! When the opportunity presented itself for me to switch to another trash service, I had just paid my bill for the upcoming quarter--they only picked up my trash twice during the quarter, and one of those was to collect their own can! They gave me a refund on my payment, but they shorted me on the refund and when I called to check on it Dottie was nasty, screaming into the phone and threatening me! They are hateful people to deal with and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
