Review content:
I took my six year old son to six flags today and I wish we would have stayed home instead! From I-20 just outside the park, it took over 1 1/2 hours to get into the park. Oh yeah, it cost me $15 to park. Thankfully, I printed online tickets otherwise I would have waited another hour to purchase tickets at the gate. Once inside the park, all roller coasters were between a 60 and 90+ minute wait. Are you kidding?
Just before the lunch rush hit, we got in a relatively short line to order lunch - 30 minutes later we finally got our food at the cost of $14.00 (one hamburger, fries and drink).
We decided to stay away from any ride with a wait time of 20+ minutes. I think he rode 7 kiddie rides before we decided to call it a day at 3:30 p.m. There was really no use in staying any longer.
To wrap it up, we had a hard time of finding the exit gate. I asked one of the security guards and he suggested we get into the exit line to have our hand stamped so that we could return later in the day. What a way to end the day.
