HORRIBLE! I've lived in almost 15 apartments over the last decade and this was the worst experience EVER. The ""brand new"" unit was practically falling in, there were a million maintenance issues that they wouldn't respond to, and there was a very serious centipede infestation in the unit--we're talking hundreds crawling in my clothes, in my bed, living in my couch, and everywhere else. Broke my lease after only 6 weeks there and they still had the nerve to charge me rent for the 2 weeks I had to stay in a hotel and with friends because I was being bitten in my sleep by centipedes (and had over 100 photos to prove it). Don't let the shiny (cheap) stainless steel appliances fool you--these units are junk. I ended up being out hundreds of dollars because of having to move 6 weeks after I moved in, them taking rent out of my security deposit even though I didn't live there, and for trying to take care of the centipede problem myself because they did nothing except spray once (didn't do any good). I'm just glad to be out, though. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here!
