In response to ElizDel comments regarding your General Manager, I don' t think the last comment suggested she was ugly in appearance. But as far as her customer service skills, my six year old has better customer service than she does. The only time she was nice and sweet is when it was time to pay the bill. She may be a great and sweet person, but she should learn to be friendly to every customer that walks in the door. People are entitled to have bad days, but every interaction I had with her, she had a chip on her shoulder.\r I would say besides the bad customer service received via telephone and in person, the thing that annoyed me the most was the run around. Take a few minutes, call your customers and give them a status update. If you let people know what's going on with the money they've invested in the material you're selling, you'd have a lot less frustated people waiting around your shop.
